La Javariega is a country house in Colombres, in the municipality of Ribadedeva (Asturias, Northern Spain) — right on the border with Cantabria, perfectly placed to explore both regions. Set in peaceful, natural surroundings, the house welcomes 10–12 guests for unforgettable stays with family or large groups.
On arrival, a fully fenced garden with artificial lawn and outdoor furniture invites you to relax outside, sunbathe or enjoy meals in the open air.
The ground floor is fully wheelchair-accessible — no stairs to navigate. It includes a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, all utensils) with a dining table for six, and a generous adjoining dining room with table and chairs.
On the first floor: four double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, all with wardrobe and bed linen. Plus two further full bathrooms.
The standout space is on the second floor: a 100 m² attic-style living room with gallery, perfectly fitted for relaxing, board games or family gatherings.
The house also features free WiFi, central heating throughout, and a baby cot on request.
